Corporate World


Corporate World is a comprehensive programme to enhance the relationships, ethical behaviour and confidence of the internal client (staff) and as a result the achievement of the organisation’s KPIs. It comprises individual modules for start-ups, international intra transfers, career progression and promotional staff and cross-cutting as per below:

  1. • Start – ups, interns and trainees: interview, dress code, office etiquette, team work, work ethics, transferable skills, doing business with external clients.
  1. • International transfers: globalisation and cross-cultural approach, acting local [manners, dress code, use of language] doing business in a new environment [networking, delivering].
  1. Career progression and promotional staff: leadership and line management, conflict resolution [grievances, complaints with internal and external client, rivalry] KPI assessment meetings.
  1. Cross-cutting approach to run along in conjunction either with 1, 2, or 3: legal compliance [local and international regulations and standards], codes of conduct, health and safety, risk assessment impact, best practices, transferable skills [assertiveness, approachability, sensitivity and common sense!] non-discrimination, use of social media, corporate social responsibility, use of business equipment [computer, mobile and landline phones, USBs and others], corporate image, dealings with the media.

Modules are workshops and inter-active sessions delivered by high-calibre multilingual consultants with years of expertise in each of the target fields described above, with ample international exposure in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa. Consultants are highly qualified London-based professionals, hands on working on a daily basis in the corporate world in the legal, banking and finance, business, education and charity sector.

Modules will be in-house delivered and/or at business meeting venues, exclusively tailored to meet the demands and individual corporate environment of each client. For overseas based clients, modules will be delivered via videolink, led by our appointed accredited consultant. Workshops are delivered in sessions of minimum 3 and maximum 12 participants per group.
Each module is designed for an average 12-hour session.
